Garden Concepts was established in 1993 in Temecula, California by James Garcia. James is a graduate of Cal Poly University in Pomona with a B.S. degree in Landscape Architecture and minor degree in Ornamental Horticulture. James has 20 years of experience in landscape designing and landscape construction.
