James is a graduate of Cal Poly University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the school of Landscape Architecture, and a minor degree in Ornamental Horticulture. James has 25 years of experience in landscape design and build field. James Garcia has been a resident of Temecula for over 25 years and is a graduate of Cal Poly University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the school of Landscape Architecture, and minor degree in Ornamental Horticulture.
